Brazil Graffit B

While visiting San Paulo Brazil I noticed there was years of Graffiti layered in almost all neighborhoods.  A rich history of people wanting to be known, remembered , or make a statement about the current culture. From this melting pot of history I combined traditional painting and layering with photography of a store front deli that was still open and served fresh baked bread. The colors practically chose themselves! This specific piece is an award winning piece at Gasparilla art show in Tampa Florida...
